It simply doesn’t get any better! I am still in aw of the efficiency at which they worked. I left for work at 8:15 am and they had just arrived. I returned from work around 3:30 and they were wrapping up. They removed 3 large trees including stump grinding, two medium trees and tons of branch clean up. It looked like they hadn’t even better there, other than the clear spots in my yard, that’s how well they cleaned up after the work and how efficient the process was! Ultimate Tree Service did a great job removing a fallen tree and old tree stump in my mom's yard! Afterwards, the yard looked perfect as if no tree or stump was even ever there. They also pruned her remaining trees. I will definitely call them again!

Ultimate does fantastic work for a fair price. They communicate well and do exactly what they say they will do, going above and beyond to do the job the right way. We had 20 full grown pines taken down all around our house with utilities scattered throughout, but we had no issues and I'm extremely impressed with how well they kept the yard and cleaned up afterward. Today I had Ultimate Tree & Landscape Service take down a 50+ foot pine tree in my back yard. The entire crew was excellent! They were professional, friendly, safety-minded, & efficient. They did what they said they were going to do & took no shortcuts. They cleaned up the yard debris & left the property in perfect condition. I could not be more satisfied!

Andy and his team were awesome! We started with a free onsite consult to walk our property to discuss what we wanted done and what Andy recommended. We ultimately didn't remove any trees based on Andys recommendation but trimmed and cleaned plenty. The results exceeded our expectations and the crew did a such a good job we had them remove 5 trees at my in-laws. Team was on-time each morning, safety was always top of mind, the precision in which they worked was impressive and they left the yards in great shape when everything was done, they even watered the grass before they left. Andy and the Ultimate Tree Service crew were excellent to work with on taking out and stump grinding seven of our problem trees. The estimate we initially received was a very fair price. The crew showed up on time and were very professional and personable. I was really impressed with the way the crew worked as a team. It was almost like it was choreographed. Our job started one afternoon and finished the following morning. At the end of the first day the crew actually cleaned up the yard even though they knew they were coming back the next day. To me this was above and beyond what I was expecting. Bottom line, fair pricing and professional work and I highly recommend this crew. Side note, our golden retriever had fun playing with the crew, too.

I had a tree fall on my workshop at my house. I called Andy immediately after it happened and he came the same day to look at the tree and removed it the next day. Andy and his crew are punctual, professionals and they will go the extra mile to leave your area better than they found it. I am a long-term tenant in Signature Place Apartments, Greenville, NC. Andy, Art, Dave, and the guys did the best job removing a huge pine less than ten feet from my nook window. Their care and precision left me breathless. The tree they removed was a pine covered in ivy, and the job took at least three hours. I enjoy my little garden, and unlike all previous tree companies who had done work on this property, the Ultimate Tree Service team felled that enormous tree without disturbing a leaf of my precious strawberry bush directing in front of it; or damaging a close by hackberry. The team worked efficiently, and when they were done, they cleaned up every last twig and pine needle; and returned my pot plants to the back porch. My husband was very attached to that tree, so Dave cut him two slices from the trunk. I was so impressed.

I hired Andy and his crew for a day to clear some trees on my property and was impressed the moment they arrived on the job. Everyone knew their task and responsibility and got right to work. There were multiple things getting done simultaneously and they got a great deal accomplished, exceeding my expectations for how much they were able to get done. Crew was professional and polite taking extra care of other trees, the deck and anything that could be damaged, every tree dropped with precision. When done everything was left clean like they weren’t even here, other than the trees being gone. We will recommend and use again

Andy and team removed giant oak at our church. Tree was located only about 20 feet from building and a house next door. Serious safety concerns for sure. Only a real pro could have completed this job we are grateful we called Ultimate tree service. I highly recommend them

Andy came out and was very honest with us and gave us a fair estimate. He got us scheduled quickly and he and his guys were on time and completed the job as described. They left our yard clean and even raked up all the pine straw from around the tree and off of our brick walkway that we haven't seen in years due to the constant pine straw cover. They were able to get a very large tree down safely, even though it was surrounded on 3 sides in close proximity by our house, our septic tank, and our patio. We were unable to have them grind the stump due to the septic tank being so close to it, but they cut it off very close to the ground for us. We will definitely call them back when we save up for the next round! Thank you guys!!

Pros top to bottom. Andy & his guys communicated well, did exactly what they said they would & more. They repaired the fence that needed to be temporarily removed, were careful to avoid damage from branches landing in neighbor's yard, etc. Yard/driveway was cleaned up before they left. We won't be using any other tree svc going forward.

A big thanks to Andy, Dave and Caleb who cut 5 large pine trees and ground the stumps along our driveway. They are 3 hard working, constantly busy men who showed they cared for our property. Andy and team were professional, punctual, personable, and did great work. We had a large tree limb fall off our massive maple tree in our backyard after a storm and wanted the tree assessed to see if we should just trim it or cut it down for safety because the large limb that fell was rotted in the middle, but otherwise appeared healthy with leaves. We also had him assess some of our other trees to see if we should cut them down as well. He explained why the large maple should be cut down and explained to me why the other trees I was considering taking down didn’t probably need to be at this time. He used science and his experience to back up his advice; which my husband and I both greatly appreciate. After the tree was cut down, the tree had a large hollowed out section in the trunk. It was just a matter of time when another branch, or the trunk, broke and hit our home, or worse hurt someone or an animal. His assessment was spot on. His prices are reasonable, and most of all, he is reliable and showed up, did what he said he’d do, and prioritized our tree when it appeared to be a safety issue to deal with this tree sooner than later. He “tree-aged” (triaged) very appropriately. 🙂 Plus, we are always happy to support a veteran-owned business. Thanks again, Andy and team!
